Digital Delivery
All products sold through Comfort Zone Collective are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to your files through your confirmation email and/or your account dashboard.
Delivery Time & Access
​Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your files, contact us at comfortzonecollective@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.
File Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct email address at checkout and to download and save files after purchase. Comfort Zone Collective is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect email entries or failure to download files after access has been provided.
