Digital Product Policy
All products sold through Comfort Zone Collective are digital downloads. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access is granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.
Exceptions & Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file or download error, please contact us at comfortzonecollective@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly resend the file or provide assistance to ensure you receive the product properly. Refunds will not be issued for user error, change of mind, or lack of use.
